In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the My Reports area. You can get to the My Reports area by first clicking on reports and then clicking on the My Reports sub tab right over here. The My Reports area allows you to schedule reports for delivery on a daily basis, weekly or monthly basis. It also allows you to request ad hoc reports. We do have seven report types, course completion reports. These will be reports that indicate completions for your courses, those that not completed the course. Non-completion reports. The upcoming non-completion reports are a heads up report. Very important. It lets you see which users are likely to miss a deadline because the deadline’s coming up. Alright. Then we have learning path completion reports. These are reports that show you the percentage of completions of users within a learning path. Atlantic Path is a container that contains multiple courses. (01:00): It has multiple users and really, really powerful and flexible. So take a look at our video on learning paths. If you need more information. The user completion percentage report is another one of my favorite reports. What this does is it allows you, especially users and customers in highly regulated industries, to be able to set a percentage or a threshold. So let’s say in our organization, we need a 75% completion for trainings, right? So I can go here and set up a 75% of training and then select the operator greater than or equal to That way I see which users have met that threshold. And of course, incidentally, you can also select for less than or equal to. This way, you can focus in on those that have not met that parameter. Okay? So that’s the user completion percentage report. The quiz status report allows you to set up a report that then is able to target quiz completion status. (02:00): So you can get a report for quiz status that is in grading for users that have failed quizzes for users that have uncompleted quizzes for users that have passed quizzes. Again, this is how flexible the system is for your reporting needs. And again, you can schedule or you can request ad hoc reports. And then let’s go to the course deadline list. So for clients or companies that are interested in seeing, Hey, who has missed course deadlines, again, you select the report type select for a particular course or for all courses, the date range you can institute for the last 30 days. You can choose a custom date range, which basically allows you to specify the duration. So for example, I’m requesting a full year report for course missed deadlines, and again, I can put an email here and have it be selected and sent to the email on file. (03:01): I can also, of course, schedule this so that it goes out to me every week, every month, or whatever the frequency is that you want to establish. What this does is it lets you see which users have missed course deadlines. Again, these are very useful reports. They allow you to pretty much have the system deliver those reports to you. Let’s give you an example of how a report would look like once it comes in. Okay. I’m going to go ahead and just switch real quick. So this is a deadline missed report. Essentially, it’s going to give you the course title, the name of the individual, and the emails, and then of course the date the course was assigned and the date of the deadline that was missed clearly in the system.
