In this tutorial, we’re exploring the courses module, which offers a variety of management options for course categories and more. (00:17) When you enter the courses module, you’ll notice several sub-tabs, including ‘My Assigned Courses’, which displays courses assigned to you as an admin. We also provide the ability to manage course categories, which you can create as needed. (00:34) If you’re starting with a new account and need to add courses, you can easily do so by clicking the ‘Add New Course’ button. For this demonstration, I’ll enter an existing course, specifically an SOP, by using the direct edit option. (00:52) Once inside the course, you have the flexibility to toggle between managing the course and viewing statistics. You can add text, videos, YouTube clips, graphics, and upload files. (01:10) For quizzes, eLeaP allows you to add questions one at a time or in bulk. We also provide settings for defining quiz criteria, which we’ll cover in more detail in another video. (01:27) Don’t miss the ‘Settings’ tab in the lower left corner, where you can manage specific course settings, such as certificates of completion, activating e-signature requirements, auto-enrollment, course deadlines, or reassignments. (01:46) Additionally, you can attach skills to a course and set up notifications to be sent on your behalf. (01:55) When you’re ready to assign the course, you have options to assign to specific users, a group of users, or add the course to a learning path, which bundles it with other courses. (02:12) Lastly, the courses menu allows you to drill down into specific courses for more detailed information, like completion data and individual user details. You can also download reports, including e-signatures if enabled. (02:30) Hover over the course progress area to see detailed engagement data for each course element.
