In this quick tutorial, we are looking at how to create courses. I’m logged into my account. I’ll go over to the course’s main menu and utilizing this button, I will click to add in a course name. Alright, I’m gonna create a course name here. You can certainly select categories. If you need a course image, do that. If you want to change instructors, you can do that right over here. Course durations are recommended, but not required. Same thing with descriptions. You can add a description as well as objectives right over here. And once you save this page, you will be able to add your lessons. You have an option to add new lessons right over here. And you can also reuse content if you do have the shared lesson feature open. If you do have that option open, you’ll see the ad repository lesson, which allows you to take an existing lesson that has already been created and to add it to your course. And that’s what I’m doing here. For the purposes of this video, I will take you through an example course. So this is my demo course here. I already have my course description over here, as well as course objectives. And I’ll go over to the lesson area. This is an example of a SCORM course. We do have a special video to demonstrate this particular course. Just know that you can add your SCORM courses using this option here. Second thing we will do is take you through an existing SOP that I added. It’s a simple file that I added through the file attachments, and here’s how it looks when it’s embedded in the system. You see that is very, very easy to do. Let’s go to the next lesson, which is actually a video. And again, very easy to do. To add in a video, simply utilize the editor, which I will now open. And I’m actually gonna make this page a little bigger so that you can see the editor. And if you go over here, you can click more to see more options. To add in a YouTube video, for example, you simply click on the link right there that says Insert video. You’ll be able to add that YouTube link and be able to insert it. It’s very easy to use. If you have a Word document you want to import, you definitely can utilize this option here to do that. Other parts of the course will be adding in questions, quiz questions, so you can add questions in one at a time. You can import questions in utilizing this option here. You can reuse quiz questions from previous courses by utilizing the add from quiz bank option. Alright, let’s go back to our quiz and I’ll point out a few things here.
