In this quick tutorial overview, we will be discussing the e-commerce tab. Now to e-commerce is feature is a special feature that is activated for accounts that requests this. Uh, if you want to sell digital products online, the eCommerce tool is a powerful, powerful way to do that. So let’s get started. We’ve got from my e-commerce tab sub taps here for the very first tab shows your e-commerce courses listed. All right, so a decent courses that [00:00:30] you have created and that you have set up for e-commerce purchases you would notice that you can reorder those courses. If you want a course moved up or down, you can definitely do that. This is the way your courses will be listed on your eCommerce catalog page, which incidentally is listed here. Next we go to e-catalog page. Your e-catalog page allows you to add in your own help text as well as information about your organization. You can add in a tagline if you will, uh, we’ll call it a motto. Basically you’ve got a large font as well as smaller font that you can add into your eCommerce. Next we go to the sales report. The sales report lets you see your sales, broken down by the various courses as well as timeframe. You can filter by timeframe and if you do click on a course now you can search by buyers either by the name or email address, [00:01:30] date purchased and you can filter and export this out. There are sub menus that you can see as I’m clicking on the courses, but we’ll get to that in a second. Completion report area gives you a detailed breakdown, a detailed breakdown of your completion by individual courses. So if you click on the name of the course, you will see the completions for that particular course. Okay? All right. We go to referrers. What is the referrers? Well these uh, individuals that we’ll be bringing you business so they will get a, like a link that they can place [00:02:00] on their website, on social and they will be able to generate traffic for you. If that traffic results in sales, you’ll be able to see the referrer’s performance here for that particular type of sale or result. Promo codes are a great way to be able to give people promotional discounts so that they can purchase more of your content or products. Simply click on the add new code and go through the form. Uh, you can decide if you want to apply it to [00:02:30] courses, training paths or both. Uh, and of course set an expiration date for your promo code. Discounts. Now these are these are pretty unique features that we’ve got here in eLeaP. Um, just so you know, the discounts feature actually is very, very powerful and nifty. What it does is instead of just a regular promotional code or even multi license purchases, this gets even more granular. What does basically says is, look, if you come into [00:03:00] my e-commerce catalog page and you buy one course from over here, another course from over there, two or three courses from over there, and let’s say you add up what, five courses, right? You actually get a discount. So what you’re doing is you’re giving people discounts for buying multiple courses at once. And of course you can even combine that with multiple licenses It just gives you a lot of flexibility. Think about this. If you’re selling content to businesses. And so somebody comes in and says, look, give me some HR courses, some safety courses, some OSHA courses, some sexual harassment courses. And so what they do is they go in and pick all these courses and then they go, well, you know, because I bought 10 courses, I need to get a discount. Well what other systems, you really can’t support that scenario. What eLeaP you can, and this is how you do that from the discounts menu. Note that this is a general overview of the ecommerce tab. We have specific videos that go more into more depth about all of these other features. So we will go into those and [00:04:00] please feel free to check out those videos. The custom fields area, this is where you get to add in your own custom fields to your form page that people use to sign up for your products. So if you want to add ask marketing questions, if you want to ask about, you know, uh, somebody’s ID because they are professional certification, whatever you want, right? You can create your own custom fields to be added to your form. So this is a quick overview of the eCommerce tab in the eLeaP system.
