Manage Learning Paths, User Groups and Teams
The easiest way to manage organizations
It is pretty unusual for only one person to need to learn something. More often, a team or even a whole department will all need to take the same training. Even better if they can take it in the same time frame, and with minimal effort on your part. eLeaP™ makes easy to quickly and effectively assign courses and training schedules to your individual users and groups.
Learning Paths
eLeaP™’s “Learning Paths” feature makes it easy to guide your users through the exact courses they need to take. Collect related courses together, then let your students browse at will, or require that they proceed through the classes in a pre-determined order. Any changes to a Learning Path are automatically applied to any user assigned to that Path. Each Learning Path can produce its own Completion Report, allowing you to determine the progress of your students at a glance.
You can choose from four types of Learning Paths:
- Simple Type allows you to create a loose group of courses with no pre-requisites or rules.
- The Pre-set Navigation Type lets you prevent Users from continuing to the next Course(s) in a Learning Path until they complete and/or pass the previous Course(s).
- The Self-enrollment Type lets you provide access to optional Learning Paths. If a User chooses to enroll, any Courses with a ‘Not Started’ status will not be displayed in the User’s Activity Report. You can restrict access to Self enrollment learning paths to specific user groups.
- Scheduled Release means subsequent Courses are triggered based on time delay settings.
User Groups / Teams
“User Groups” (sometimes referred to as Teams) can really help streamline the course assignment process. Add users into a group, and then assign Courses, Learning Paths, Observation Assessments, OJT to the whole group at once, making your workflow more efficient and productive. You can even use our Smart Assignment rules to automatically add users to groups.
