Trainee OJT Records System quick tour Gamification Leaderboard View SCORM course Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this quick tutorial, we are looking at my activity section of the system for coordinators. You get to it by clicking on the My Activity main tab right over here. Now note that the My Activity Section is designed to give you as detailed as possible an overview of your activity in the system. You can download your complete completion report right over here. Of course, as you can see, your last login is indicated right over here and this section, these sub tabs here are actually broken up into specific sections of the system. So we can start with courses that you’ve created that will be listed here, and then courses that you’ve been assigned to will be next. Quizzes that you’ve completed or have been participating in. SCORM courses that you’ve completed. Certificates that you’ve earned. e-signatures that you have completed. Your learning paths, showing your progress through the learning paths. Be sure to put your cursor over the progress section to see details. You’ve got your skills area, your credentials area, your assessments area. Notes area which is where you have added notes into courses. And of course you have your OJT area that lets you see where you have included OJT entries. You’ve got an events area as well as groups that you belong in. So this is an area for you to see your activity. Note that you can do the same thing for users that you manage. If you go into a user profile for any of the users that you manage, you’ll see the same or similar subtabs that you can go into. Alright, we’ll go back to my activity page by clicking on the main tab here and we are back to it. Make sure that you check out these quick groups here, these quick charts here, because these charts allow you to quickly identify areas that you can focus in on. For example, if you are interested in your courses that have been assigned that you have not started, simply click on the not started chart here and it would indicate the courses that you’ve not started. If you are interested in courses that are overdue, you can go to the overdue chart. Again, click on it and you’ll get the details for those particular courses.
