In this tutorial, we are looking at how to add feedback forms or feedback questions to your course. To do that, you first want to go to your settings area here and just ensure that you have activated that particular feature. See it right here. If it is not active, you can see it’s grayed out in this instance. Go ahead and toggle that on and hit save feedback features. The second option here says to make feedback required. Now, this is important if you want eLeaP to ensure that your feedback form is actually submitted as a condition for course completion. You do need to toggle that second option on. If you don’t toggle it on, it basically leaves this as a purely voluntary action. Alright? So feel free to do that and then just go ahead and make sure that you save that option there. (01:13) Alright, so now that you’ve saved that, you’ll see that the system has added the feedback option right over here. So if you go to the feedback option, you can add a field. So I’m just going to add this field. Alright? And this is actually going to be what we call a combo list. So it basically gives you an option to add answer options. “How well did you understand the importance? Understood it? I did not.” So you get to essentially create the types of feedback you want. You can even ensure that a particular question is required. So that’s aired on the feedback as a form. You can also add the feedback into a lesson. So let’s say that in this particular lesson here, “What are GMPs?” If you wanted to say, look, you know what, after reading this, I want to get your feedback on something. So how well you understand the intro, and then this basically, again, I’m going to use the combo list for as an example. “I understood, Nope.” Okay, those are my options here. So now what that does is it lets the person basically be able to provide a self-assessment of the particular content that they just viewed. So it’s again, another engagement tool that you’ll see in eLeaP. If I go back to my second step, I’m just going to recap real quick about the activate option. If you activate this, it becomes part of the system. It becomes part of the requirement for the course. If you activate the “make feedback required”, then we definitely are going to require that the end user submits feedback as part of their course completion.
