Coordinator – Manage User Groups

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are looking at user group management for user groups that have been associated with your coordinator account.

To get to this place, you want to click on the main user groups tab here. It defaults to the groups that you manage right over here, but please note that there are other subtabs here, such as your personal membership in groups, and of course users that you manage, and the assessments area. So let’s go to the groups that you manage subtab. In this area, you will see a list of user groups that you manage.

Now note that this is something that is set up by your account admins. They will add you to a group to manage. So if you do not see any groups here, please contact your account admin for groups to be added to your account. Okay, I’m going to click on this group here and it would indicate the number of users and the activity report for that group.

As you can see right here, I’ve got a total of 295 records, which I can export out of the system. I have quick charts here that give me information pertaining to this user group. Right over here, I can select users or filter users by their name, or by their email. Or filter for specific courses, specific categories, specific statuses. So for example, I can look for users that are in progress or users that I’ve not started, and the system will be able to pull that information for me.

Last but not least, you can select the option to get a from-to based on a date range, so you’ll be able to pull that information also. Let’s go ahead and clear that and go to our custom filters. The custom filters allow you to be able to get more granular information. For example, I’m looking for users that are in a particular location and it would pull that information into this particular page.

Note that the user groups management option also enabled you to look at the individuals that are in those groups. So you can go to the users that are in those groups and you are able to click on the name of a user to get additional information.

You can, of course, go to the assessments area, and that again lets you perform assessments for users in groups that you manage. And if you click on the different statuses, you are able to, for example, bring up an assessment that you can perform. So this is how easy it is to manage users in groups that you are associated with.
