In this tutorial, we are looking at the dashboard system. From my top left to right, you have course completions with arrows that give you more indication or more information. You’ve got your user activity above your engagement threshold, which you can set up. Simply go to your company profile and click on the dashboard sub tab and you’ll be able to set all of that up. We do have detailed instructions in our user guide on how to configure that. Let’s go back to our dashboard and continue. Now you do have your course engagement, and again, if you click on the arrow, it does open up your details page where you can get additional information. So for example here, if I click on this particular course, go over to my completion report section, I will see additional information there. Okay. Now your learning path completion is also important and you will need to click on the arrow to get the additional details on the learning path completion. Note that in the learning paths, you’ll need to scroll down to the assigned user section under the completion report to be able to see the details. And if you put your cursor over the progress status, you’ll get additional details for you. Back to our dashboard. You’ve got your credentials completion, which you can get more details on by clicking on that arrow. And then you have your skills completions, which you can get more details on by clicking on that arrow to get additional details. If we go to the left side of our page, we’ve got additional courses summary information. Here we have courses that have missed deadlines. We have courses that have quizzes not completed. We also have courses that are in progress as well as courses that are not started. Please note that you can click on the arrows to get additional information. That’s always an option. If we come over to the user summary, you have most engaged users and least engaged users and you can click on the details of the arrows to get additional information. The middle section of our page breaks down the course engagement averages into high, medium, and low engagement courses, and as usual, you can click on the arrows to get additional details. This section here has to do with user engagement averages, and similar to the course engagement averages, you’ve got high, medium, and low engaged users and you can click on the arrows to get the details pertaining to those low engagement users or any of the other statuses that you have. This section of the system gives you additional details on learning path completions, and e-commerce summaries if you do have the e-commerce enabled. You’ll also see OJT, if you do have the OJT enabled. And if we come over here to the my assignment section, this has to do with your personal assignments. So whether you are an admin, a coordinator, or a manager, you are able to utilize my assignment area to quickly go to trainings that have been assigned to you personally that you are required to complete as I have done right here. Alright. Now on the right side are the latest activities section of the system. It is an audit trail type notification that lets you know different activities of users like log ins, or activities in terms of user completions of courses, as well as other actions that are taking place in your account.
