If you encounter a situation where a client reports an issue with a user’s experience, here’s how you can address it directly within your enterprise account. (00:50) First, navigate to the account affected by the issue. You can filter accounts easily within the system. Go to the ‘Users’ tab and locate the user, for example, Adam, who is experiencing the problem. (01:12) Once you select Adam, you’ll see detailed information about his account activities, including courses and recent activity. To understand the issue from the user’s perspective, use the ‘Login as’ feature, which allows you to view and interact with the system exactly as Adam would. This feature is invaluable for diagnosing problems and verifying the user experience directly. (01:34) While logged in as Adam, you can check various sections such as Learning Paths or My Activity to see where the issue might be occurring.
