In this tutorial, we will explore the coordinator role with a focus on how to effectively manage user groups. Please remember, user groups must be initially set up by your account administrators. (00:15) To begin, click on the ‘User Groups’ tab located at the top of your interface. This tab will display the groups that you have been assigned to manage. If no groups appear here, it’s important to reach out to your account administrator to address this. (00:30) Once you have access to your assigned groups, simply click on any group to view its details. Here, we have comprehensive active reports for the group, and you have the ability to filter these reports by individual users, courses, categories, and progress levels. Additionally, you can download this data directly from this page for further analysis or reporting.
