This is where everything happens from your course completions to course engagement, to user engagement. Very important information as well as activities happen in your account at a glance. Alright, let’s take a look at the main menu. We’ve got a dashboard here. We’ve got our courses, learning pair skills, credentials, OJT users reports, e-commerce, if you have that. For those that have our forum enabled, you do have that option there. Inbox over there, and then of course, settings for your account as well as your personal profile. Let’s go ahead and show you just why eLeaP is the go-to system for organizations that are serious about lending management. I’m going to go right over here to our courses tab and click right over here to add a new course. (01:02): It is very easy to do, adding your course name, description, and get going. For the purposes of this overview, I’ll take you through an existing course. Alright, so let’s take a look at this course right here. This has SOPs added into the system. Very easy to update and of course you can also create your own content within the system. If you click right over here, you’ll see the editor and the editor allows you to pretty much create and add in your own content. You can add in PDFs, videos, PowerPoints, YouTube clips, import your existing files into the system, add audio files, blogs right into the system. You can even use the AI tool here to be able to add content into the system. I’ll show you, create short lesson. Alright, I’m just making up something here and just like so we can go in and actually add in a short little lesson into our system. It allows you to be able to manage and track all types of learnings and trainings in your organizational, outside of your organizations. Managing users is a breeze. You can upload your user list into a system. You can add users into specific roles. You can set up system reports that are pretty much ad hoc or they can be reports that get scheduled to deliver specific content and analytics to you, 24 7. Note that this is a quick overview.
