This is a quick new feature introduction. We have replaced the arrangement arrows that allows lessons to be reordered with a more simple system, which is to drag and drop. Essentially it works like this, instead of having to use the arrows up and down to get a lesson, for example to the right location or position, you can just drag it to whatever location you want. Again, if let’s say I wanted to bring “Chunking” down to the end, I just drag it and take it all the way to the bottom. So, super easy to do, keeps you going, and organizes your workflow a lot better. You can also do the same thing in the [Quiz] area. We have added this new feature that lets you now reorder your quiz questions in the order that you intended. So, if let’s say I really needed this question, question five, to be the first question, I just grab it and move it up to the first position. And so on and so forth, pretty easy to do. The last place, or the third place, that we have this feature is in the [Observation Checklist] area. So, again, simply go to your observation checklist, go to your observation checklist list there, and you can drag and drop any of these statements. So, for example, if I wanted this particular statement to be the first statement, I will just drag it all the way to the top, and vice versa. Just go ahead and use the drag and drop whenever you want to reorganize the arrangement or the positioning of items. It’s available in the “Observation checklist”, it’s available in the lessons section, so you can reorder the lessons, and also available in the quiz area. Thank you very much. As usual, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
