Trainee OJT Records System quick tour Gamification Leaderboard View SCORM course Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are looking at how you customize your e-commerce shopping cart or system. So this is my example or sample site. As you can see, I’ve got a logo over there. I’ve got these, what we call categories. I’ve got my courses shown, my highlighted or featured courses, and then of course I’ve got these options here that I can activate. So essentially, how do you get your account customized like this? Well, here’s how you do that. If you go into your e-commerce section, main tab here and click on the my shop area, you will see that you have pages there that you can customize. You will also see categories. These mainly come from your tags that you use in your courses, but you can certainly edit or delete these categories if you are not interested in them. Then you go to your settings area and that is divided into different components. You go to general settings area where you can activate and deactivate your shop. You can choose to allow course reviews from people that buy your course and then of course have those reviews show up when people are looking at your shopping cart or your catalog to purchase courses. And then we go to the contact area and you can put your contact information, you can choose to have that show up in the header section also. You can put in email, put in your social media accounts. Ok. Now let’s go to themes. The themes affect how your shop looks. You’ve got four options. Lemme just go ahead and show you these here. So you’ve got a dark theme centered, you’ve got a dark theme left aligned, you’ve got a light theme centered, and you’ve got a light theme left aligned. Okay, when we talk about the light and dark themes, we are talking about this. Lemme go back here and show you. So this particular design is showing the light theme. You can see it at the top here. It’s a light background and your logo shows over there. If I change this to the dark background, and I’ll just do that. So I’m going to change it from the light theme centered to the dark theme centered here and save this and go and refresh the page. Pay attention to the top section of this page. Now you see how your logo is sitting on a dark background. That’s what that is. Alright, so we’ll go and change it back to the light theme centered, but of course you can also play around with the different options there for your particular needs. Let’s go to the components area. So the components area are these system components or system additional pieces that you can activate. So for example, if there’s free support and training that you want to provide to folks that buy your course, simply toggle that on. And now if I go into my section here and refresh this, you’ll see that the free support and training shows up here. Similarly, if you want to deactivate some of these, you can do that. Simply go over here and deactivate this. So I’ll for example, just turn this off. Now I should have just two. If I refresh my page, I should have just two. And as you can see, they are listed there. The last section is the achievement. So I just added in these two – monthly total sales and monthly views. And guess what? I can delete this. It is essentially an area that allows you to put in a text achievement or highlight that you want and a number on there. And then click add. And if you do that, what you get is what you have here in this section of the system. Okay, now let’s go to some other parts of the system. So we’ve looked at my shop area, pages, categories, and settings. You do have, if you go to your main settings area, you do have additional options that we’ve talked about, including the custom fields that will be utilized in your form fields.
