Trainee OJT Records System quick tour Gamification Leaderboard View SCORM course **eLeaP Creating and Assigning User Groups to Supervisors Tutorial Transcript** Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this tutorial, we are looking at how to create and assign user groups to supervisors. So I’m going to go right over here to the users tab, click add, new user. I’m going to call this James and I’ll just add a quick little email here. And then right over here I’ll select the supervisor level. I can add any other custom fields and hit add user. Now this is step one, once we have the user created and I can sort by the date created to see the user added. The second thing I’m going to do is go to the user group section there and I can either create a new user group, so new user group, and of course I will add members to this group. So I’ll click right here and I’ll add a few members to this group here. And then I’ll go to the next section, which is right over here where it says User group settings. Click on that. And we don’t have any users added to this section yet. You can add managers, you can add supervisors, or you can add coordinators. So let’s click right here and you’ll see only these types of users, supervisors, managers, or coordinators. Alright, so let me go to supervisor right over here. And of course this is the supervisor that we added here. So I’ll add this individual. And now this individual can of course have access to reports for this group. So if I go to the user group activity here, this supervisor will be able to get reports for this group. That is how easy it is. The other thing you can do is if you do go to your reports area and you created a My Reports, you are able to, for example, create my reports and actually have this be assigned to this group. And that again gives this particular individual the ability to get access to reports for this particular group. So you see that I can add them here and now they can get weekly reports for this particular group.
