eCommerce Sales Report Menu

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this quick tutorial, we are looking at the sales report system.

It is super easy to get to. The moment you click your e-commerce main tab, you’ll be on your sales report page. You can look at the graph here. That gives you a timeline of your sales, including your course details, visits, and you can scroll down to the individual courses and look at this table here that gives you detailed information about your sales. So for example, we know that we have six sales of our quality assurance course.

If I click on the number six here, we get to the report section that shows the individual sales. And of course, it’s shown as a timeline of when those sales came in. You will see the individuals that purchased. You’ll see if they’re an organization or they purchased it as an individual buyer who then accesses it via our course portal system.

And of course, the date of the purchase, the number of licenses, and the amount. And you can download this information to Excel. We also do have sales reports for learning paths. So remember, you can sell learning paths, those containers, those packages. And so when you go to the Learning Path Sales Report page, it will indicate which learning paths have sales.

You can click on them to get the details for those sales. You can also click on the export to Excel to be able to get that information. As usual, if you have any questions about this or any other features in the system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
