Customizing Your Account Tutorial

Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this quick tutorial, we are looking at customizing your account.

Gonna click on the gear icon here, and that takes me to the company profile area. I can also go to the dropdown arrow right here and go to company profile that way.

Company Profile Settings

Okay, we’ve got several sub tabs here, so let’s go through this rather quickly. So the main subtab is the company profile. You can change your organization logo right over here. You can edit any of this text here and all you have to do is click right here where it says Edit Company, and you can edit all of that text.

Customization Options

There are several areas that you can edit additional materials on. You can change the date format, select different language packs, change the default notification message or email, rename the skills menu if you like. If you have that feature enabled.

Set up your auto logout, which is important for regulated industries. You can activate your two-factor authentication, activate your auto e-signature, activate your repository feature, and set up your deadline calculation. These are all really, really important here, and we do have additional resources for these if you are not sure what they mean.

Billing Section

Alright, let’s go to the billing subsection that lets you download invoices and other information like receipts.

Integrations

We’ve got integrations with Ready app, as well as other software tools. Gamification can be enabled here and disabled as well as the OJT system. The CEU module is an add-on, and if it is enabled, you’ll see it here.

API and Webhooks

I’m not going to click on the API and web hooks because of security reasons, but those allow you to do deep integration into third party systems like HRIS, payroll systems and other tools that you might have.

Audit Trail

The audit trail is really, really helpful and robust. It does allow you to take a look at different parts of the system and all on the audit logging that occurs. Just know that we do have additional logging for specific parts on the system.

So for example, if I’m in my course area, I have a course level log. If I go to a user, I have user level logs right there. If I were to go into a learning path, I have a learning path level logs. So we provide you with all of the audit trail documentation that you’ll need to be compliant with regulatory authorities.
