In this tutorial, we are looking at how to perform the observation checklist or the observation assessment. So I am in here as the observer and I will click on Corrine to perform my observation assessment. Alright, so here are a couple of questions here that I’m going to be answering rather quickly. And once I complete all of this, we will check out the E-signature piece of it and we’ll go from there. Alright, so right over here, you can click to sign and you’ll need your credentials. If you do not use your credentials, your correct credentials, the e-signature would not work. So I will now confirm my e-signature. And of course, what the system will do is it will kick the process off to the Observee, the individual that’s being observed. And so now let’s log in as Corrine and complete the phase that they will need to complete. (01:14): Alright, and so this is my account as the Observee. In this case I am Corrine. You can see right there. And here is my course that is pending my e-signature. So I’ll click on it and of course I’ll see what the observer has put in. Okay, so I will see what I am e-signing, if you will. And so now I will perform my e-signature phase right here. And again, just like with the observer, I’ll need to have the information be accurate. And once I perform that, I now close the loop and this course will now be confirmed as completed. Now let’s go back to our admin or observer view and you’ll now see that the two statuses are completed. Okay? Now you do have the option if you want to see the e-signature log to download it if you want, as a PDF. That’s the format that the FDA recommends or requires. You also do have options to download the assessment data as well as the completion report.
