Hello and welcome to eLeaP. In this quick video, we’re going to show you how you can manage your training paths within the eLeaP system. The first thing I’ll do is click the training paths link at the top of the page. A training path is a collection of courses that the student must pass in order to achieve the defined training path certification. Each training path that you create is displayed on this page with the name, created by information, date created, and active or inactive status details here for each training path. To add a new training path, you can click this link here. You can enter in the training path details, select the options from the drop down and then click submit.
To further manage your training paths, click on the link of the path you’d like to update. On this screen, I can add new courses to this training path by clicking the add new courses link. Here I can select the courses that I’d like to include and then click the add selected button. To delete a training path, you can click the delete link next to the path that you’d like to get rid of. To further manage a specific training path, click on the name of that training path. Here you can add new courses using the add new courses link and then on this screen, select the courses that you’d like to add and click add selected.
You can remove courses by selecting the courses you’d like to remove and then click remove courses from training path. You can also determine whether quizzes are required for these individual courses and change the order within the training path itself using these buttons here. Training paths can be assigned to individual users using the assigned users subtab. To add new users, click the assign new users link here. You can also assign a training path to a user group by using the assigned user groups tab here. Again, to add a new user group, simply click this link and select the group that you’d like to add to this training path.
Lastly, you can view a completion report for the training path by selecting the completion report subtab and viewing the details for each user or user group here. You can also export this completion report to Excel by clicking the export to Excel link right here. Thanks for watching.
