Hello, and welcome to eLeaP.
In this quick video we’re going to show you how you can access and manage your company profile.
First, to access the company profile, navigate to the link in the top right corner that should be the same as your name, and when the drop down appears, select company profile.
Within the company profile section there are a few main tabs. Company profile, which is highlighted and selected by default; Billing, which allows you to manage your subscription; and Invoices, which as you might guess allows you to view and manage your invoices. If you’ve made a payment before, you will see the Payment Profiles tab which lets you manage your credit card payment information. If the eLeaP API is enabled for your account, then you will also see the API tab, which holds your private API token and documentation.
To modify your company info and settings, like instructions, themes, notification email, language, and so on, select the edit profile link at the bottom of the company profile tab. Use the company info editor to add information about your company. You can see that there are different styling options available that are similar to what you would find in a word processing program.
Next I can use the instructions editor to add instructions. If I’d like to change the default look of eLeaP for myself and my users, I can select a different theme from this drop down. Please note that in order to see the changes, I’ll need to select the save button when I’m finished, which I’ll do in just a moment.
Next I can change the date format if desired. And I can choose from one of the following formats. For now I’ll just leave it as it is.
I can change the language choosing this drop down, and then I can change the notification email for my account. I’ll go ahead and update this now.
I’ll click save, and now you can see the interface is updated to reflect the changes I’ve made.
You can see the updated content in the company info and instructions section, and you can also see that I’ve changed the theme and updated my notification email address.
Lastly, if desired, I can upload a logo for my company. I’ll select the upload logo link here, and then I can click choose file, and select the file I’d like to use for my computer. Then I just need to click upload file to finish the process. But for now I’m going to leave my current logo as it is so I’ll hit this cancel button.
