In this Quick video we’re going to show you how you can manage your course settings. So the first thing I’ll do is navigate to the courses link at the top of the page and then I’ll select the course for which I’d like to change the settings. And next I’ll navigate to the settings sub-tab. And here we have several different valuable options to choose from. First of all, if you need to reassign your course at some point in the future for something like annual training or updates, you can select this drop down and choose yes for auto reassignment. Then you can select the calendar icon here to display the calendar and choose when you would like to auto reassign this course. You can choose the non-completion notification and once you’ve enabled that from the drop down, you can enter in the email recipients that will receive this summary report. And the system will send an email showing users who have not completed their training when the course deadline expired. We also have the option to require feedback and we can change the notification contact. I’ll click save and as I move down the page, I can select this option underneath lesson settings to ensure trainees complete the lessons in the pre-formatted order for the course. And I can also set the minimum time required for each lesson if I desire. Please note that the format for this minimum time is minutes colon seconds. I’ll click save to update my lesson settings. I can create and deploy completion certificates using this button here, but we’ll discuss this in more length in our next video. Lastly, if I’d like to sell my courses, I can do so with this e-courses icon. From this screen, I simply need to select that I’d like to sell this course on my eLeaP catalog and then I can enter in the category tags, select the price per user, select multi-license and upgrade pricing options here and then I can upload a picture for the course if desired and attach a course sample for display and marketing purposes. Be sure to upload a sample file as it’s required by eLeaP. Next I can select whether I’d like this course to be available for purchase on the eLeaP e-learning catalog, which is recommended, and then I need to check this box to ensure that I am ready to sell this course and click save.
