Role Management in Learning Management Systems
Five user levels to provide flexible user management
Easy, Unlimited, Flexible Role Management
Not all users are created equal. eLeaP™ gives you the tools you need to easily create users and manage what parts of the system your users can access. Use custom fields to add demographic like data contact information, job function, employment status, length of tenure, hire date, and anything else you think might be useful.
Administrators
This access level is for account admins, plus any content creators or training developers who need widespread access to all of the system’s features.
- Can automatically view all Courses, Users, Learning Paths, User Groups, Continuing Education, OJT, and Reports.
- Access to the “Company Profile” menu, where features like system language and payment profiles are managed.
- Ability to assign all lower permission levels to any User
- Can still take training just like a regular User without needing a separate login.
Instructors
Content creators who don’t need access to the entire system should be assigned to this permission level.
