Building A Culture of Respect
A lot of people spend 40 hours a week at their job. Some people, especially upper-level management and executive-level employees, spend 50 to 60 plus. While many find the compensation, benefits, and perks among the exciting aspects about working at a company, it is often the environment which attracts us over everything else. This course explores what distinguishes a decent working environment from an excellent one, and that is the culture.
The course discusses acting ethically, disagreeing constructively, and stopping harassment. The latter half goes over how employees can champion diversity, mitigate bullying, show appreciation, and understand others.
