Subtle Sexual Harassment: Management’s New Responsibilities

Training Time: 28 to 38 minutes

Language(s): English

This training teaches managers how to help employees understand subtle sexual harassment. Not all sexual harassment is directed at a specific employee. Examples include overhearing discussion of an offensive topic, inappropriate expectations, or allowing clients to harass employees.

This video training is divided into eleven sections: Introduction, Types of Harassment Rumors, Polluting the atmosphere, Who is Harassing Whom?, A Change of Heart, An Effective Harassment Policy, and Conclusion. The difference between Quid Pro Quo, subtle, and hostile harassment is illustrated. Managers learn how to handle different sexual harassment situations, as well as what their responsibilities are when such situations arise.
