Sexual Harassment At Work
Every employee has the right to come into a positive, healthy work environment each day. This course helps assure all employees understand how to do their part to create a safe work environment for everyone. While this course is focused on sexual harassment, it spotlights the differences between sexual and non-sexual harassment, vital distinctions for employees to understand. Upon learning the legal definition and manifestations of harassment, employees learn the type of comments and conduct that constitute harassment. By showing behavioral examples of sexual harassment, this course teaches the signs, symptoms, and debilitating effects it has on all employees, even those who aren’t’ direct victims. Present this course to generate employees’ awareness of how to recognize, prevent, and report sexual and non-sexual harassment incidents in the workplace.
