A Safety Carol
This safety training video uses the traditional story of “A Christmas Carol” to detail the importance of safety within the workplace. A cautionary tale, the “spirits” of past, present, and future are used to instill a sense of safety in the viewer.
Throughout this video, the viewer is presented with different scenarios in which safety procedures are overlooked when they shouldn’t be. In the past, the viewer is shown how “Scrooge,” the automotive shop owner, refused to follow safety rules in his past. In the present, the training shows how the owner didn’t train his employees properly in safety procedures. In the future, “Scrooge” and his employees are shown to be the victims of horrible safety accidents. And through it all, this training video shows safety procedures to be effective and important.
