Every year, two million Americans are victims of workplace violence. The Department of Labor has identified behaviors that are considered workplace violence. Workplace violence includes bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, intimidation, vandalizing, bringing unauthorized weapons into the workplace, and threatening to harm another, among other behaviors.
