Sexual Harassment Prevention Made Simple
It’s estimated 50% of women and 20% of men have experienced sexual harassment at work. In order to prevent it from occurring in the workplace, everyone must do their part by learning what constitutes sexual harassment and how to create and sustain a harassment-free work environment. Clearly and simply, this course teaches employees the following: the two types of sexual harassment, Quid pro Quo and Hostile Environment; the Reasonable Person Standard for determining if offensive conduct is illegal; the unwanted behaviors that are unacceptable in any workplace and can lead to illegal harassment; how to respond to complaints and refrain from retaliation. Present this course to assure all employees fully understand what sexual harassment means, the various ways it shows up in the workplace, and the damage it causes to the individual as well as the organization.
