This is the sixth and final part in the “Creating a Mindset for Change” series of training videos. All six parts are intended to be taken sequentially over six to twelve weeks to complete the program.

The previous explained who in your group could be an advocate for change, as well as how to build lines of communication between the three types of people in your group. With this video, you will learn more concretely about the ways you can create a positive future for both yourself and your organization.

Being able to picture what you want is an exceptional asset to have, especially in the workplace. When your intentions to create a more positive outcome are clear, you have a starting point from which to make those desires into a reality. Visualizing a successful meeting, for example, makes it more likely to occur. While this is a good short-term outcome to visualize, you must also consider the long-term goals. By keeping in mind what you want long-term, you will start to see how short-term successes lead you to those long-term outcomes.

A company whose employees have been trained in this program are better prepared to achieve a self-sustaining culture of intentional focus on positive outcomes and realize the existence of sufficient momentum (hitting critical mass). This course guides you to take responsibility, focus on what you can control, and use what you learn here to create a mindset for change not only within yourself, but within your organization as well.
