The founder of KIND Snacks, Daniel Lubetzky, created his company in 2004 in a New York City garage. He cited his father, a Holocaust survivor, as the inspiration for founding an organization whose overarching mission is to bring more kindness to the world. The company reached one million dollars in sales in its first year and now reaches approximately one billion dollars in yearly revenue. In this On-Demand video, Daniel discusses his own experiences with KIND as well as his views on what makes a successful and longstanding business organization.

Daniel also speaks on how leaders and companies should measure success and how success does not always mean power and wealth. Daniel shares important additional insights in this training lesson, and these insights illustrate what is behind him as a leader, as well as what is behind KIND as a company.
